President and CEO
Sundar Garg has spearheaded SysArc since its inception. His acumen to transform his vision into a successful business has resulted in SysArc ...conquering the unassailable leadership position in the Indian lending automation space.
Starting as the sole employee of the company, Mr. Garg’s insight and focused leadership grew SysArc into a 300 people organization serving over 70 financial institutions around the world. Living by the organization’s motto “Dedication is the Difference”, Mr. Garg’s uncompromising adherence to highest ethics and business principles positioned the organization as a well-respected entity among major bankers and business partners.
Mr. Garg has a distinguished professional career serving KPMG, Deloitte Consulting Group, Unisys Corporation and Price Waterhouse. Mr. Garg earned an MBA degree from The University of Texas at Arlington. He is a CPA with membership in the Texas State Board of Certified Public Accountancy.
Nog A. Nagarajan

Nog A. Nagarajan, Sr. Exec. Vice President and co-founder of SAI, brings to the organization more than 20 years of experience in System Analysis,... Project Management, Application Development and Customer Support. He has influenced every consultant to focus on methodology, quality and thoroughness in implementation. Nog oversees product design, architecture and development. He spearheads the research and development functions, keeping the solutions best in the industry.
Prior to joining SAI, Nog has served at CheckFree Corporation, SSI and CMC. He holds an Engineering Degree from The University of Madurai, India.
K.Parthasarathy
General Manager
Parthasarathy Krishnaswamy has been associated with SysArc from its commencement. He has held many managerial positions and is presently ... serving as the organization’s General Manager. Mr. Krishnaswamy has been directing the organization as an advisor and counselor. Known for fervently following the righteous path, he inculcates morality, ethical business practice and personal integrity to every employee who had the fortunate opportunity to serve under him. His advices based on pragmatic views invariably carry practical solutions.
Prior to joining SysArc, Mr. Parthasarathy was associated with a public sector undertaking serving in manufacturing and factory operations. Mr. Parthasarathy holds a diploma in Automobile Engineering from the University of Madras.
Suresh Narasimhan
Senior VP - Global Operations
Suresh Narasimhan spearheads SysArc‘s business development, delivery and operations worldwide. ...His contributions have significantly influenced stupendous business growth and increased customer satisfaction.
Mr. Narasimhan’s exceptional interpersonal and people management skills are instrumental in building and sustaining an enviable work culture at SysArc. He has leveraged his vast experience gained from other industries to device and implement effective strategies to position SysArc as a leading solution provider. Suresh operates from SysArc’s Dallas office in the US
His career spans over 3 decades in various functions including Executive Management, Sales, Marketing, Delivery & Distribution across industries that include IT, Media and Consumer Trade. Suresh has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Madras.
Govind Subbuswami
Senior VP – Product Marketing
Govind Subbuswami, provides strategic support and counselling to the pre-sales, sales, design and implementation ...teams that execute these activities. Besides the advisory / counselling role he plays, Govind also serves at the customer level as Business Analyst and a Functional Architect mainly due to his knowledge and experience gained over forty years of his professional career.
Govind was primarily involved in the successful launch and the subsequent implementation of LAPS (SysArc’s flagship lending solution) in India, Bangladesh, the UAE and the Netherlands, before moving to the USA in September 2008 where he established SysArc as a leading solutions provider for the merchant cash advance industry, that spawned a new solution called FUNDperfect.
Prior to joining SysArc in January 2001 Govind worked with major media organizations in India including The Hindu, The Indian Express and India today.
Govind Subbuswami is a graduate in Economics with a post graduate diploma in Journalism from the University of Madras, Chennai, India.
